When Dr Lowson went out to India it was understood that he would go straight to the Colony from Bombay. He went on the understanding that from the date of his leaving this country until his arrival in the Colony all his Expenses should be borne by the Gov't of India.
India. I imagine however that under present circumstances he will receive Hong Kong pay from the day after he reaches England.
His return though not sanctioned by the ... was considering the work he has been engaged in of the fact...
